Over the years, Jaroslav worked for both – small Czech companies and large international corporations. This allowed him to identify common elements of small or large companies. He worked for manufacturers, distributors, and resellers. Jaroslav was responsible for direct business and also building a sales chain. He also tried out the position of a crisis manager.

This practice helped Jaroslav build knowledge and experience in the field of leadership, which is so important if you lead a team, division, or an entire company.

He knows that you might not be born a manager, but can become one if you have a good guide.
